摘　　要：目的对输血风险环节中难以控制的关键节点进行评估和改进,实现临床用血信息闭环管理。方法对临床用血信息闭环管理进行规划设计,规范用血流程和操作。结果血液制品从入库到输注完毕全程采用条形码管理,整个用血流程处于实时动态的监控中,实现了临床用血信息的闭环管理。结论临床用血信息闭环管理提高了工作效率和工作质量,为临床安全用血提供了保障。Objective To assess and improve the key points with difficult to be controlled in blood transfusion to a chieve the closed--loop management of information on clinical use of blood. Methods The information technology was used to plan and design closed--loop management of information on clinical use of blood for standardized procedures and operations.Results Barcode was used throughout the whole using process of blood products. Real--time and dynamic monitor was carried out during the whole clinical blood using flow. Closed--loop management of information on clinical use of blood was achieved. Conclusion Through closed--loop management of information on clinical use of blood, the work efficiency and quality was improved, and the practical guarantee for clinical safely use of blood was provided.
