摘　　要：在文献回顾基础上,对DEA模型中的产出变量做基于病例组合指数(CMI)的调整,将各临床科室的CMI值与产出变量的乘积作为产出指标,应用DEA-SOLVER Pro 5.0进行相对效率值分析。某三甲医院33个临床科室中,有11个相对有效科室,22个相对无效科室,最低的有效率仅0.21,平均有效率为0.78,相对无效科室尚有较大改善空间。Based on literature review, the output variables in the data envelopment analysis （DEA） model were adjusted based on the ease mix index （CMI）, and the product of CMI and output variables of each clinical department were used as output index. The DEA--SOLVER Pro5.0 was used for relative efficiency analysis. Among the 33 clinical departments in the hospital, there were 11 relatively effective departments, 22 relatively ineffective departments, with the lowest effective rate of only 0.21, the average effective rate of 0.78. The relatively ineffective departments had a greater room for improvement.
