摘 要:开展品管圈活动,把握急诊危重患者口腔并发症发生情况,分析导致急诊危重患者口腔并发症的因素,从引用修订口腔评估量表、通过实验选取合适的口腔护理溶液两方面进行改进。开展品管圈活动后,急诊危重患者口腔并发症发生率从81%下降至29%,其中唾液、舌、口腔卫生得到明显改善,提高了患者口腔舒适度,提升了护士综合素质,有利于护理质量持续改进。The activities of quality control circle were carried out to grasp the status of oral complications among c mergency critically ill patients, to analyze the factors leading to oral complications in critically ill patients, and improve ment was made from two aspects including the revision of oral assessment scale, selection of verified oral care solution through experiment. After the activities of quality control circle, the incidence of oral complications in critically ill pa tients was reduced from 81% to 29 %. The saliva, tongue and oral hygiene were improved significantly, the oral comfort was improved and the nurses' comprehensive quality was improved, which benefited the continuous improvement of nurs ing quality.
