摘  要:指出了目前烟草行业密集烘烤热风炉分为立式炉和隧道炉两种。针对立式炉的中途需多次加煤、操作强度大、炉门开启时间长、热辐射损失大、效率低、排烟污染物含量高以及隧道炉的装煤舒适性差、温湿度不符合烘烤工艺曲线要求,甚至可能烧毁风机等问题,研制了洁净煤反烧热风炉。反烧热风炉结构简单,成本低,一次性装煤舒适;应用明火反烧及二次燃烧原理,热效率高,环保性能好,污染物超低排放;炉温可调可控,使用安全方便,一次性添加燃料,无误伤操作人员以及烧毁风机的现象。主要阐明了其原理、结构、使用方法及优势。At present, the tobacco industry intensive baking hot blast stove is divided into two kinds (vertical stove and tunnel stove). There are many problems in vertical stove, such as the operation intensity, the long--time on opening the door, heat radiation loss, low efficiency, high exhaust pollutant content. While, problems in tunnel stove still to be solved such as the poor insulation and the temperature cannot fully complied with the baking curve, or even burned the fan. Aiming at the above problems, we developed a clean coal back burning hot air stove. The hot stove has simple structure, low cost, disposable loading comfort; application of back fire combustionand secondary com- bustion principle, high thermal efficiency, good environmental performance, extremely low pollutants emissions. In addition, the temperature is adjustable and controllable temperature, safe and convenient only disposable adding fuel without harming the operator and burning fan phenomenon. This paper mainly introduced the principle, structure, using method and advantages.
