摘　　要：指出了细胞室是生物医学工程领域科研产出的重要平台,如何建立、管理和维护好细胞室一直是研究的重要问题。从常州大学生物医学工程与健康科学研究院细胞培养室的建设、运行的实际经验出发,探讨了细胞室的建设布局、人才培养及管理制度、日常监管及维护等问题。以促进相关领域科研水平的提升及实现可持续发展。Cells laboratory is an essential platform for scientific research in the field of biomedical engineering. How to establish, manage and maintain cell laboratory has always been an important problem. Based on the experience of In- stitute of Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences of Changzhou University, construction, personnel training, management and daily maintenance of cell laboratory were discussed in order to promote the relevant areas of scientific research and achieve sustainable development.
