基于生态服务价值变化的云南省生态公益林建设成效评估

摘　　要：利用云南省森林资源连续清查2002年以及2012年数据,按照森林生态系统服务功能价值评估方法,对云南省生态公益林的森林生态系统服务功能价值进行估算,通过生态服务功能价值的变化,评估云南省生态公益林10年建设成效。评估结果,云南省生态公益林森林生态系统服务功能总价值由2002年的3 666.00亿元增加到2012年的5 321.82亿元,增加1 655.82亿元;单位面积价值由2002年的6.07万元/hm^2增加到2012年的7.90万元/hm^2,每公顷提升1.83万元。表明云南省生态公益林10年建设成效显著,森林生态系统服务功能有了明显提升,生物多样性保护价值显著,水土保持功能突出,净化空气质量贡献大。Based on the data of forest resources in 2002 and 2012 in Yunnan Province , this paper esti- mated the value of forest ecosystem service function of ecological public welfare forest in Yunnan Province according to the value evaluation method of forest ecosystem service. Through the change of ecological service function value, this study also evaluated the achievements of ecological public welfare forest in Yunnan Province for 10 Years. The results showed that the total value of forest ecosystem services in Yunnan Province has increased from RMB 336.6 billion in 2002 to RMB532,182 million in 2012, an in- crease of RMB1,655.82 billion. The unit area value has increased from 2002,60,700 yuan / hm2 to 2012,79,000 yuan / hm2, up to 18,300 yuan per hectare. The results also indicated that the construc- tion of ecological public welfare forest in Yunnan Province was significant for 10 years, the function of forest ecosystem service was improved obviously, the value of biodiversity conservation was remarkable, the function of soil and water conservation was outstanding and the quality of air quality was improved.
