摘 要:采用能量极小原理和数学解析推导,我们得出了铁磁/反铁磁体系由单稳态过渡到双稳态时的临界应力与外应力方向之间的函数表达式.这个表达式可以帮助我们根据体系的物理参数来判断体系处于单稳态还是双稳态,有助于我们分析体系的磁化反转和交换偏置行为.此外,我们也分析了体系处于双稳态时,外应力对铁磁/反铁磁体系磁化行为的影响,推导出了磁滞回线中转换场满足的物理方程,有关结论有助于我们利用数学解析方法分析交换偏置中的应力问题.Using the principle of minimal energy and mathematical model, the expression between the criti- cal stress and and the direction of external stress from monostable to bistable state for the ferromagnetic/antiferro- magnetic systems has been derived. This expression can be used to identify whether the system is in monostable or bistable state based on the physical parameters of the ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic systems, and is helpful to analyze the magnetization reversal and exchange bias behavior of the system. Moreover, the effect of external stress on the magnetization behavior of the ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic systems is also analized. The physical equation of the transition field in the hysteresis loop is derived. The calculations is helpful to analyze the effect of the applied stress on the magnetization reversal processes of the exchange-biased systems using the math- ematieal method.
