摘　　要：根据参加SYB师资培训的切身体会,介绍了SYB培训的基本内容、培训方法、授课技巧等。反思我国高等职业教育教学改革现状,借鉴他山之石,对高职教育教学改革提出重新定位人才培养目标、全面改革课程体系、灵活创新教学方法、切实提高教师实践能力、建立多元化课程评价体系等几点建设。Based on the experience of SYB teacher training, this paper introduces the basic content meth- ods, teaching techniques of SYB training. Furthermore, it puts forward some suggestions on the reform of higher vocational education： reorienting the target of personnel training, reforming the curriculum system in an all-round way, innovating the teaching method flexibly, improving the practical ability of teachers, improving the practical ability of higher vocational teachers, establishing a diversified curriculum evalua- tion system.
