阶段性认知行为干预对宫颈癌术后化疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨阶段性认知行为干预对宫颈癌术后化疗患者的影响。方法:将64例宫颈癌术后化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组给予常规性化疗护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施阶段性认知行为干预;分别于入院时、出院时应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自行设计的《癌症化疗依从性量表》对两组患者心理症状及治疗依从性进行评价。结果:两组出院时SCL-90评分均低于同组入院时(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组出院时依从性评分均高于同组入院时(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性认知行为干预有助于缓解宫颈癌术后化疗患者抑郁、焦虑情绪,改善患者情感、认知、角色及躯体症状,提高患者化疗依从性。Objective：To explore the effects of periodic cognitive behavior intervention on patients with cervical cancer after chemothera- py. Methods：A total of 64 cases of cervical cancer patients after chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group with 32 cases. The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy care, while the observation group was given the periodic cognitive behavioral intelwention on the basis of the control group. At the time of admission and discharge,symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） and self-designed cancer chemotherapy compliance scale were used to evaluate the psychological symptoms and treatment compliance of two groups. Results：Two groups＇ SCL-90 scores were significantly lower at the time of discharge than those of the same group at the time of admission （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the observation group＇s was significantly lower than the control group＇s （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups＇ compliance scores were significantly higher than those in the same group at the time of admission （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the obser- vation group＇s was significantly higher than the control group＇s （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The periodic cognitive behavior intervention will help to alleviate the depression and anxiety of patients with cervical cancer after chemotherapy,improve the patientg emotional,cognitive, role and physical symptoms, and help to improve the compliance of patients with chemotherapy.
