摘　　要：目的:通过分析白内障手术患者家属的护理需求,探索临床护理工作的重点,旨在提高护理质量和管理水平。方法:选取138名白内障囊外摘除术+人工晶体植入术患者的家属作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和患者家属需求量表对家属需求情况进行调查。结果:5个不同维度的需求中,总体需求评分为(3.13±0.82)分,其中最重要的是病情保证的需求,其次为获取信息的需求和接近患者的需求,最后是自身舒适的需求和获得支持的需求;不同文化程度的家属对病情保证的需求不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职业对病情保证的需求不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同文化程度的家属对自身舒适的需求不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同收入的家属其总体需求、接近患者的需求、获得支持的需求不同,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),家庭人均月收入3001~5000元的患者家属对获得支持的需求得分较高。结论:眼科护士应理解和重视白内障患者家属的围术期需求,与家属充分沟通以完善个体化护理流程,提高围术期护理质量。Objective ： To explore the focus of clinical nursing work in order to improve the quality of nursing and management by analy- zing the nursing needs of family members of patients with cataract surgery. Methods ：The family members of 138 patients with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were selected as the subjects. The family needs of the patients were investigated by the general information questionnaire and the family needs inventory. Results ： Of five different dimensions of demand, overall demand score was （3.13 ± 0.82） ,in which the most important was the guarantee of disease conditions,then the relatively less important was the need of ob- taining information and approaching patients, and the least important was the need of being self-comfortable and obtaining supports. There was a statistical difference in the needs concerning with the guarantee of disease conditions in different cultural level of the families （ P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences in the needs of different occupations to guarantee the disease condition, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in the needs of different education level of family members to be self- comfortable, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were differences in the needs of different income families to maintain overall demand, approach patients,and obtain the supports, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores in the needs of obtaining the supports were higher in families of per capita monthly income between 3001 - 5000 yuan than others. Conclu- sions ： Eye nurses should understand and pay attention to the family needs of patients with cataract surgePy, and family members to be fully communicated with, in order to improve the individualized nursing process, and improve the quality of perioperative care.
