摘 要:某复杂铁锌矿矿石性质复杂,闪锌矿、磁铁矿、磁黄铁矿等关系密切,互相包裹现象比较明显,分离难度较大。针对矿石性质,首先采用干式磁选抛尾,再通过浮选—磁选联合流程,最终锌、铁回收率分别为83.46%和86.53%,各精矿产品杂质元素均未超标,达到了综合回收的目的。The property of an iron-zinc ore is complex, the sphalerite, magnetite and pyrrhotite in ore have close existing relationship and the included phenomenon is obvious, which leads to a difficult separation.. Aiming at the property of the ore, tailing discarded with the dry-type magnetic separation was carried out firstly followed by the joint process of flotation-magnetic separation, the final zinc, iron recoveries were 83. 46% and 86. 53% respectively, and impurity elements in each concentrate product were not exceeded, the purpose of comprehensive recovery was obtained.
