摘 要:在介绍石墨资源储量分布和鳞片石墨选矿流程的基础上,描述了GJM型棒式搅拌磨机的主要结构和工作原理,详细叙述了磨机的空载试验、条件探索试验和连续带矿试验。试验过程中,考察了磨机给料、排料粒度,测定了精选3浮选精矿和精选4浮选精矿品位。条件探索试验结果表明,磨机电机最佳运行频率为40 Hz、充填率为30%;连续带矿试验结果表明,相同工况下,经GJM型棒式搅拌磨机再磨后,浮选品位提升幅度比原有设备高40%以上,研磨介质消耗仅为原来的50%,设备节能25%以上。除此之外,设备整体运行平稳,可实现24 h以上带矿带介质满负荷启动,达到设计要求。总之,对于鳞片石墨再磨而言,GJM型棒式搅拌磨机是一款更为理想的设备。On the basis of introducing the reserve distribution and mineral processing flow sheet of graphite, the main structure and work principle of GJM bar stirred mill was described, then accounting the no-load test, conditions exploration test and continuous ore test in detail. During the test, the feeding and outing material of the mill are investigated, then the flotation concentrate grade of third and fourth are tested. The results of conditions exploration test show the proper frequency of motor is 40Hz and the filling ratio of grinding media is 30%. During the same conditions, the results of continuous ore test show the flotation concentrate grade promoting 40% through the regrinding of GJM bar stirred mill, the cost of grinding media is half and the saving energy is upper than 25%. Besides, the equipment operates smoothly and steadily, can achieve the full load start in 24 hours, it reach the design requirements. In brief, GJM bar stirred mill is more ideal equipment for the regrinding of flake graphite.
