摘　　要：棉花分子育种是目前棉花育种研究的重要手段。本文从分子标记辅助育种和转基因育种两个方面,概述近几年国内外棉花分子育种的研究进展,总结棉花分子育种目前遇到的问题,以期为今后棉花分子育种提供参考。Molecular breeding is an important means in cotton breeding research at present. In this pa- per,the progress and problems of cotton molecular breeding at home and abroad in recent years were summa- rized from aspects of molecular marker - assisted breeding and transgenic breeding, so as to provide references for future cotton molecular breeding.
