宣钢2号高炉降低焦比实践

摘　　要：结合宣钢原燃料质量条件,2号高炉在生产实践中对高炉的操作制度进行了系统研究,通过稳定热制度与造渣制度、优化上下部操作制度,焦比显著降低、煤比提高,2017年1月焦比降低至344 kg/t,煤比提高至112 kg/t。Combined with the original fuel quality conditions of Xuansteel, the operation system for production practice of No. 2 blast furnace are studied. The coal ratio of No.2 BF on Xuansteel is enormously increased by stable thermal system and slagging system, operation system of upper and lower optimization. As a resuh the coal ratio reached to 112 kg/t and the coke ratio lowered to 344 kg/t on January 2017.
