摘　　要：邯钢西区炼铁厂2号高炉,自2015年10月之后,不断有冷却壁被烧坏。通过改变料制、改变上下部调剂、改善日常参数控制以及炉外出铁使之形成稳定的渣皮,从而保护了冷却壁。Since October 2015, there have been burned cooling wall in No. 2 BF of west side of Hangang. By changing the material, upper and lower parts adjusting, improving daily parameters control as well as tapping out of the furnace, stable slag crust is formed so as to protect the cooling wall.
