摘  要:亚麻是可降解纤维,通常用于纤维增强复合材料的增强体。论文研究聚丙烯和亚麻的配比对针刺无纺布和复合材料的断裂强力、耐磨性、透气性、保暖性等的影响。实验结果表明:随着亚麻含量的增加,针刺无纺布和复合材料的断裂强力、耐磨性、透气性均下降,而保暖性增加;并且复合材料的断裂强力、耐磨性、保暖性较针刺无纺布都有大幅提高,透气性则显著下降。Flax is a biodegradable fiber, which is usually used as reinforcement to enhance the intensity of PP nonwoven. The effect of fiber content on properties which are breaking strength, abrasion resistance, breathability and warmth retention of nonwoven and composite was investigated. Experimental results show that the breaking strength, abrasion resistance and breathability decrease while the warmth retention property does the opposite along with the increasing of flax in nonwoven and composite. Compared with nonwoven, the breaking strength, abrasion resistance and warmth retention of composite alt had significant increase, however, the breathability decreased.
