多组分纤维配比工艺对车用衣帽架性能的影响

摘  要:为了探索出一种具有优良吸音性能的车用衣帽架配比工艺,在聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维中加入少量的玄武岩纤维,使之进行不同比例的配比,控制实验的变量热轧温度、热压辊速度、热轧压力,根据四组分四因素设计正交试验L16(44),制得初步衣帽架。对衣帽架进行吸音系数、强力及顶破强力的测试分析。实验表明:配比度在聚丙烯:玻璃纤维:玄武岩纤维=45%:50%:5%,热轧温度为200℃,热压辊转速为4r/min,热轧压力为10MPa时,衣帽架吸声性能最好;当纤维的配比度PP:玻璃纤维:玄武岩纤维=40%:50%;10%时,且热轧温度温度为200摄氏度,热轧辊转速为3转/min,热轧的压力为11MPa时,所制得的针刺非织造材料经热轧后的断裂强力最高。In order to explore a kind of excellent sound-absorbing performance of vehicle coatrack matching technology, the experiment added a small amount of basalt fiber in polypropylene fibers and glass fibers, so that the ratio of different proportions was ensured. Then the variables of experiment: hot rolling temperature, hot roll speed, hot rolling pressure were under control. According to the four components of four factors, the experiment designed orthogonal test L16(4^4) and made a preliminary coatrack. By testing the coatrack's sound absorbing, strength and bursting strength, we got a conclusion that when the ratio of polypropylene: glass fiber, basalt fiber is 40% : 50% : 5%, hot rolling temperature is 200 ℃, hot pressing roller speed is 4 r/min and hot rolling pressure is 10 MPa, the coatrack has the the best sound absorption performance. When the matching degree of PP fiber: glass fiber, basalt fiber = 40% : 50%; 10%, and hot rolling temperature is 200 degrees Celsius temperature, hot roll speed for 3 r/min, the pressure of the hot rolling of 11 MPa, the prepared needle punched nonwovens have the highest breaking strength after hot rolling.
