天然绿色棉纤维中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺探究

摘  要:为了研究天然绿色棉麻纤维中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,利用正交试验探究不同工艺条件的提取效果,得出超声波辅助提取天然绿色棉纤维中黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:氢氧化钠浓度为0.15%,提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度为50%,料液比为1:40,提取时间为1h,提取功率为500W。并且在所有影响因素中提取温度的影响最大,其他依次为乙醇浓度,料液比,氢氧化钠浓度,提取时间,提取功率。In order to study the optimum extraction technology of flavonoid compounds in natural green cotton, in this study, based on the single factor experiment. The effect of multiple variables on ultrasonic assisted extraction (UAE) of total flavonoid compound (TFC) from naturally green cotton using orthogonal array design was investigated. Five variables, including the liquid-solid ratio, ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time, sodium hydroxide concentration were selected as the main factors, and each factor was studied at four levels. An index, the absorbance value of 264nm was used to evaluate the effect of different extraction scheme on the extraction of naturally green fiber TFC. The result showed that the optimum UAE condition in this study were found to be A,B,C,D,E for 1:40 liquid-solid ratio, 50% ethanol concentration, 70~C extraction temperature, lh extraction time, 0.15% sodium hydroxide concentration. And the range analysis revealed that the extraction efficiency is influenced mostly by ultrasonic temperature, and then followed by ethanol concentration, the liquid-solid ratio, sodium hydroxide concentration, ultrasonic time.
