摘 要:通过一步液相法合成BiOI/g-C_3N_4复合光催化剂,利用XRD、IR和UV-visDRS等手段表征产物的物相、结构及其光电特性。研究BiOI/g-C_3N_4光催化剂在可见光激发下还原Cr(Ⅵ)和降解罗丹明B(Rh B)的光催化活性。结果表明,在可见光光照下,BiOI/g-C_3N_4可将97.2%的Cr(Ⅵ)光还原成Cr(III),Rh B的可见光降解率可达97.8%;与纯g-C3N4相比,Cr(Ⅵ)转化率和RhB降解速率分别提高3.9和4.4倍。研究发现BiOI和g-C_3N_4存在协同光催化效应,光生电子还原Cr(Ⅵ),而产生的空穴和·O2-共同作用氧化RhB。BiOI/g-C3N4 photocatalysts were fabricated via one-step solution-phase synthesis. The phase, structure, and photoelectric properties of the resultant BiOI/g-C3N4 were characterized by XRD, IR and UV-vis DRS. The photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) and degradation of Rhodamine B under visible light were invest aged. The results show that 97.2% of Cr(Ⅵ) can be photo-reduced and 97.8% of RhB can be photo-degraded over the resultant BiOI/g-CaN4, which are 3.9 times and 4.4 times higher than those of pure g-CaN4. A synergetic photocatalytic mechanism is rationaUy proposed for the BiOI/g-CaN4. Under the irradiation of visible light, the electron generated over BiOI /g-CaN4 can reduce Cr(Ⅵ), and the generated holes together with O^2- can co-oxidize the RhB.
