对昌九双核一体化发展的思考

摘　　要：结合国家和区域发展政策,思考了昌九双核一体化发展的合理性和必要性,并探究了南昌、九江在一体化中发挥极核作用的途径。通过着力建设先导区,积极扩展辐射区,做大做强产业区,充分发挥政府职能等措施来发挥昌九两市的极核作用。努力打造以南昌、九江为极核的赣北经济带,充分发挥九江市的区位、资源和生态优势,把握"长江中游城市群"、"鄱阳湖生态经济区"、"昌九一体化"等多重战略叠置给九江市带来的巨大发展机遇。Combining with the national and regional development policy, the authors think about the rationality and necessity of dual - core urban integration development for Nanchang and Jiujiang cities, and explore the ways to give full play the role of polar nuclei of dual - core urban integration for Nanchang and Jiujiang. The authors point out that the government should to focus on building the urban forerunner area, and to actively expand the radiation？ zone, and to make the industry area into bigger and stronger, and to give full play of the functions of the government. To create＂ North Jiangxi Province Economic Belt＂ with the polar nuclei of Nanchang and Jiujiang Cities, make full play of the location, resources and ecological advantages of Jiujiang area, and to grasp the enormous opportunities that＂ urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze River＂ ,＂ the Poyang Lake ecological economic zone＂, and＂ urban integration of Nanchang and Jiujiang cities＂ etc. multiple strategies superimposed for Jiujiaing area development.
