英、德两国高校教育对我国高等教育的启示

摘　　要：通过调研分析英国、德国等发达国家高等教育,从教育侵权制度、教育人才培养机制、理念等方面分析了西方教育体制的优势,针对中国高等教育现状提出坚持科学发展观、更新高等教育理念,完善高等教育督导和评估、强化高等教育质量管理,优化校长、教师的聘任和管理、为教育发展提供智力支持,优化学习理念和学习方式、探索实施导师制或导师组制,建立专业动态调整机制、优化人才培养结构和类型等借鉴之处,并针对性的提出了相关的观点。Through the investigation of the advanced western developed countries such as Britain and Germany, the paper analyzes the education reform, spirit of innovation, and talent cultivation etc. On the other hand, it also emphasizes to stick to scientific outlook on development, renew higher educa- tional rationale, consummate educational supervision and evaluation, optimize the chancellor, recruit- ment of tutors, and provide intelligence support. Simultaneously, the universities should optimize stud- ying philosophy and manners, explore tutorial system, establish dynamic adjustment mechanism, and perfect the structure of talent cultivation. Finally, some proposals have been recommended accordingly.
