地质公园环境解说对游客游览质量的影响研究——以南阳宝天曼国家地质公园为例

摘　　要：以南阳宝天曼国家地质公园为例,分别从知识、态度、行为三个方面构建环境解说对游客游览质量影响的指标体系,采用实地调查和统计分析方法,研究地质公园环境解说对游客游览质量的影响。结果表明,环境解说有助于游客知识获取、态度和行为改变;游客知识获取、态度和行为改变与游览质量存在着显著的正相关关系;环境解说尤其是专业人员解说和智能媒体解说与游客游览质量有显著的正相关,但人员解说与非人员解说对游览质量的影响差异不大;知识、态度与行为三者之间也存在显著的相关关系;有解说组游客要比无解说组游客游览质量要高,不同解说类型对游客游览质量差异明显。The paper takes Baotianman, National Geological Park in Nanyang, as a case study, structures the index system about the impact of environmental interpretation on the tour quality from the knowledge, attitude and behavior, then studies the influence by field survey and statistical analysis method. Results show that, environmental interpretation helps visitors to acquire knowledge, change attitude and behavior. These three aspects have a significant positive correlation, in all types of environmental interpretation, especially professional interpreters, intelligent media and tour quality has a significant positive correlation, but the staff commentary and non-staff commentary have no significant difference on the tour quality. Also, knowledge, attitude and behavior have a significant correlation; commentary group have a higher tour quality than no commentary, different types have a significant difference for tourists to visit.
