摘  要:针对锅炉膨胀数据无法实时检测和记录的问题,开发了一种基于微位移定位技术的锅炉膨胀检测仪,以满足火电机组频繁调峰下对锅炉膨胀实时检测要求。提出了一种基于SSI绝对值编码器的三维定位机构;设计检测仪相关硬件电路,包括TFT显示屏电路、触摸屏电路、编码器电路、存储模块电路、总线模块电路;在Keil uVision4开发环境下,完成了触摸屏校准以及锅炉膨胀数据的采集、存储、显示以及发送的程序编写。测试表明:该检测仪工作稳定可靠,且检测精度高于传统锅炉膨胀指示器。作为数字化的锅炉膨胀检测装置,该检测仪满足电站对锅炉膨胀情况检测的要求,可以参与电站对锅炉膨胀情况的实时检测。For the real-time boiler expansion data cannot be detected and recorded, a boiler expansion detector is developed based on Micro - displacement positioning technology in order to meet real-timely boiler expansion detection of the thermal power unit under the frequent peak-load. A three-dimensional positioning was proposed based on SSI absolute value en- coder; the related hardware circuit of the detector, including TFT viewing screen circuit, touch screen circuit, encoder circuit, storage module circuit, bus module circuit are designed In the Keil uVision 4 development environment, the program of touch screen calibration, and the data collection, storage, display and sending of the boiler expansion were completed. The test shows that the detector works stable and reliable, and detection accuracy is higher than the traditional boiler expansion indicator, this detector can meet the requirements of the power plant for boiler expansion real-time detection.
