摘　　要：2005年和2015年,波兰右翼政党法律与公正党在大选中获胜成为执政党,是为波兰政治的两次右转。波兰政治的两次右转既与整个东欧右翼政治流行有着相似的原因,同时也是该国各种个性因素叠加的产物。造成波兰政治右转的原因主要有三:一是波兰转型中产生的收入差距、地区发展不平衡等社会经济问题带来的民粹主义情绪;二是在历史中产生、在现实中被激发的波兰的相对保守、民族主义的右倾政治文化;三是腐败与加入欧盟这两个现实政治议题。作为欧盟成员国及东欧最大的经济体,波兰政治右转一定程度上加深了波兰和欧盟之间的裂痕,这将是欧洲一体化进程的又一个打击。In 2005 and 2015,the right political wing party in Poland （law and justice） won the election and came to power, which is called the twice turning to the right. This shares similar reasons with the popularity of the right wing politics in the east Europe and, meanwhile,it is also a accumulation of individual reasons in Poland. There are mainly three reasons：the income gap and Populism due to imbalanced social economic problems,the right trend political culture of the conservative and nationalists, the realistic issue of corruption and joining the European Union. Poland＇ s right turning,as a member of EU and the biggest economic entity,deepened the crack between Poland and EU,which is another blow of the integration of Europe.
