“生产许可”认证产品质量问题衍生的社会影响与对策探讨

摘　　要："生产许可"认证产品承载着百姓对政府公共权力的信任,倘若产品出现质量问题,将会衍生诸多的不良社会影响:削弱政府公信力,加剧社会焦虑感;挑战公民基本道德底线,冲击整个社会诚信体系;催生利己主义变相膨胀,扰乱社会公共秩序等,成为社会和谐发展的安全隐患。为此,应完善政府主导下的"多维联动"产品质量监管机制,以推动经营主体提升职业道德责任意识。The certified product with ＂product permit＂ carries with people＂ s trust on government＇s public power. If there are quality problems there would be may negative so- cial effects, such as weakening the public trust, intensifying social anxiety, challenging people＇s basic moral line and breaking down the overall social honesty system, expanding ego- ism and disordering public order. This makes hidden trouble threatening society and harmonious development. It is suggested to promote the government-dominated ＂multi-dimension cooperation＂ to supervise product quality and to promote business people＇s professional ethics.
