常规疗法与布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗小儿肺炎的效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肺炎患者接受常规疗法与布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗的价值。方法选取2010年1月~2016年1月我院小儿肺炎患者400例为研究对象,根据患儿治疗方法的不同分为两组,其中对照组200例患儿接受常规疗法治疗,实验组200例患儿接受布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对比两组患儿治疗结果的差异性。结果实验组患儿治疗的总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(65.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组患儿炎症因子水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿在治疗的过程中,均未出现明显的不良反应。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的效果优于常规疗法,可以对患儿的炎症反应进行有效抑制,缩短患儿不良症状的缓解时间,且具有较高的安全性。Objeetive To explore the value of routine therapy and Budesonide inhalation therapy in children with pneu monia.Methods 400 children with infantile pneumonia in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were selected as the study objects,according to the different treatment methods they were divided into two groups, 200 cases in the control group were received conventional therapy,200 cases of the experimental group was received Budesonide inhalation treatment, the treatment outcome of the two groups was compared.Results The total efficiency of the experimental group （94.00%） was significantly higher than the control group （65.00%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;in- flammatory factors of the experimental group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; disappeared time of cough,fever,pulmonary tales of children in the experimental group was significantly short- er than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion Budesonide inhalation in treatment of pediatric pneumonia curative effect is superior to conventional therapy,can effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction,shorten the duration of remission of symptoms,and has high security.
