摘　　要：为适应海上方向军事斗争准备的深入推进和职能拓展,提高空军部队远海岛礁油料运输补给能力,分析远海岛礁油料运输补给能力的特点与规律、作用与地位以及存在的矛盾问题,提出加大远海实战训练、建立油料一体化保障、调整优化结构规模、加快民为军用技术转化、推动保障模式立体转变和健全海上运输法规标准等对策与建议。To adapt the propulsion and functional expansion of military struggle preparation and improve oil supply ability in pelagic island for air force, the paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and rules, role and status of oil supply ability, and the existing contradictory problems. Then, it puts forward following suggestions： strengthening pelagic actual combat train- ing, building oil integration support, adjusting and optimizing structure scale, quickening technology transform from civil to military, promoting support model transformation, and perfecting regulations for marine transportation.
