摘　　要：为促进任职课程培训模式创新,实现任职课程实战化训练质的突破,针对任职培训课程教学目标、规律与特点,以担负岗位的职能任务与核心胜任能力需求为牵引,提出任职培训课程内容体系构建的思路与要求,探讨基于岗位任务的课程内容体系构建方法、体系要素构成和详细设计要点,以及任职课程内容体系构建中应注意的问题。To promote the innovation of post-oriented training mode and realize the breakthrough of actual combat, consid- ering the teaching objective, rule and characteristics of post-oriented training course, the paper proposes the idea and re- quirements of constructing post-oriented training course content according to the requirement of function task and core competency. It also discusses the construction method, system elements component, and detailed design points of course content system based on post tasks, and presents the problems should be noticed.
