摘  要:随着我国电力体制的市场化改革,需求响应资源DRRs(demand response resources)参与市场交易的时机渐渐到来。首先,介绍了美国PJM的DRRs代理准入机制、市场参与和运营情况;基于国内售电侧市场放开初期市场准入和交易机制仍不完善的背景,探讨设计依托于售电主体代理整合的DRRs市场参与机制,并详细论述了售电主体代理机制的特点,售电主体代理的用户业务、整合业务和市场业务;最后,通过案例对售电主体代理和发电企业进行双边交易的收益情况进行了分析。With the market-oriented reform of power system in China, the chance of demand response resources (DRRs) participating in market transactions is increasing. The experience of PJM DRRs in USA market is introduced, which contains agent-based admittance mechanism, market participation and operation data. Since the market admittance and transaction mechanism are far from perfect at the early stage of domestic sale market reform, the DRRs agent and integration mechanism with power sale entity are investigated. The details are discussed, including agent-mecha-nism characteristics, customers business, integration business and market business. Finally, a case study on the bilateral transaction between power sale entity and generation companies analyzes the revenues of the two parts from the participation of DRRs.
