摘 要:利用静态实验法评价了不同浓度下乳化降黏剂的洗油效率,确定了降黏剂的最佳浓度范围;通过二维平板可视化装置对比了单纯蒸汽驱与降黏剂辅助蒸汽驱的开发效果,从微观角度解释了降黏剂辅助蒸汽驱提高采收率机理。静态实验结果表明,随着降黏剂质量分数的增加,静态洗油效率逐渐增加,降黏剂质量分数为0.5%时,静态洗油效率为34.1%,比单纯热水洗油效率增加了27.1%。二维平板可视化实验结果表明,降黏剂辅助蒸汽驱阶段采收率为14.2%,比单纯蒸汽驱增加了9.2%,含水率降低了5.5%;微观可视化实验结果表明,加入降黏剂后,驱替通道内形成了水包油乳状液,提高了原油的流动性,增大了洗油效率,同时乳化过程中形成较大的水包油乳状液在一定程度上可以对大孔道进行封堵,使得驱替液转向,扩大了波及体积。The displacement efficiency of viscosity reducer of different concentration was evaluated using static experiment method, and the optimum concentration range of the viscosity reducer was determined. The development effect of viscosity reducing agent assisted steam flooding was compared with that of steam flooding by two-dimensional flat panel visualization device, and the microscopic enhan- cing oil recovery mechanism of viscosity reducing agent assisted steam flooding is explained. The static experimental results show that with the increase of the viscosity reducing agent concentration, the static displacement efficiency increases gradually, and when the mass fraction of viscosity reducing agent is O. 5% ,the static displacement efficiency is 34.1% ,which is an increase of 27.1% than hot water flooding. Two dimensional visualization experiment results show that, the viscosity reducing agent assisted steam flooding enhanced the recovery ratio of 14.2% ,which is higher 9.2% than that of steam flooding,and the water cut is decreased by 5.5%. The mechanism of viscosity reducing agent assisted steam flooding improving oil recovery is that the addition of viscosity reducing agent forms oil-in-water emulsion in displacing channels, which improves the flowability of the crude oil and increases the oil displacement effficiency;at the same time,the formed oil-in-water emulsion can plug large pores to a certain extent so that to change the flowing direction of displace- ment liquid and expand the swept volume.
