摘 要:开发出多元催化体系MCl_3/氮杂环配体/TBAB/Zn,用于催化CO_2与环氧丙烷环加成合成环状碳酸丙烯酯,具有较高的催化活性。对单环含氮配体,环上胺基和环中氮原子对反应催化效果基本相同;环上引入柔性原子硫时,配体的催化活性明显提高。对多环含氮配体,当引入环间胺基时,配体的刚性变小,催化活性提高;同等柔韧性的配体,环上氮原子越多,催化活性越高。The multicomponent catalytic systems,including transition metal salts, heterocyclic amine ligands, TBAB and zinc powder, were developed, which have high catalytic activity, and were used for the synthesis of cyclic propylene carbonates by carbon dioxide and epoxides. The experimental results show that for the monocyclic amine ligands, the hybridization form of nitrogen atoms and the locality of the substituted amine have little effect on the catalytic activity, and the introduction of the sulfur atom in ligand molecule obviously improved the catalytic activity due to the flexibility of sulfur atom;and that for the polycyclic amine ligands, the poor rigidity of ligand molecule makes the catalytic activity higher, and The more the number of nitrogen atoms in ligand is, the higher the catalytic activity is.
