摘　　要：在新媒体时代,影视媒介在法制文学的传播中担当着重要角色,让公民对法律的了解更加深刻和透彻。然而,影视媒介在传播正面文化的时候,负面文化也伴随着产生。当前,法制文学与影视媒介融合面临重利润、轻教育,非健康内容泛滥,传达的理念不合理等困境。因此,改善法制文学与影视媒介融合必须增强法制文学与影视媒介融合的教育意义,减少影视中非健康内容的时间,传达的理念与民主法制相一致。In the era of new media, film and television media plays an important role in the dissemination of legal literature. It can make citizens understand the law more deeply and thoroughly. However, when the film and television media spread the positive culture, the negative culture also came into being. At present, the integration of legal literature and film and television media is facing many difficulties, such as prioritizing profits, looking down on education, overflowing unhealthy content, the concept of communication is unreasonable and so on. Therefore, to improve the integration of legal literature and fihn and television media, the education of legal titeralure and film and television media shouhl be strengthened, the time of unhealthy contents should be reduced and Ihe concept of communication shouht be in consistent with democratic legal system.
