摘  要:在激光光束质量的测量过程中,由于CCD的噪声影响以及环境背景噪声的影响,对光斑图像带来一定的影响,从而影响光束质量的测量精度。为此,主要分析了CCD的各种噪声影响,然后提出了针对不同噪声的图像处理算法,实验数据表明该图像处理方法有效地减少噪声对光束质量测量带来的影响,可得到更为真实可靠的激光光斑能量分布,对于后续地评价激光光束质量具有重要的借鉴意义。In the process of measuring laser beam quality by using the CCD,as a result of the CCD noise influence as well as the environment background noise influence, brings certain influence to the facula image, and thus influence measuring accuracy of laser beam quality. Therefore,each kind of CCD noise is analyzed,and on the basis the image processing algorithms is put forward in the paper according to different kind of noises. The result of experiment shows that the method mentioned in the paper can effectively decrease the influence of noise on measurement of laser beam quality,and can obtain more real reliable energy distribution of laser beam,at the same time it has great application values on evaluating the laser beam quality.
