摘　　要：随着显示技术的发展和高清电视平民化,高清、2K高清甚至4K超高清电视已进入千家万户,高清节目所带来的视觉享受和感官冲击,已经实实在在地走进大众文化娱乐生活,高清播出成为广电行业技术发展的必然趋势。高清电视的拍摄、制作、播出、传输、调制解调和显示技术日臻成熟,建设成本大幅降低,作为中小电视台,应顺应时代发展潮流,根据自身的实际状况和当地经济发展程度,因地制宜地建设高标清同播系统,满足不断增长的用户收视需求,从高清播出的系统架构、播出流程、播出安全等方面进行了详细的分析和说明,介绍了高标清同播频道的建设思路和实施过程,为中小电视台的高清频道建设提供了有益的参考。With the development of civilian display technology and highdefinition television, HD, 2K HD and 4K Ultra HD TV has entered thousands of households. HD programs bring people with visual enjoyment and sensory impact, which has really entered the mass culture and entertainment life, therefore HD broadcast has become the inevitable trend of the broadcasting industry technology development. The filming, production, broadcasting, transmission, modulation and demodulation of HD television is becoming more mature and the eonstruction cost is greatly reduced. As small and medium - sized TV stations, they need to conform to the de- veloping trend of the times. Moreover, according to the actual condition and the local economic development level, they need to build a high standard definition simulcast system, and meet the growing users＇ demand. The system arehiteeture, the HD broadcast process, security and other aspects are analyzed in detail in this article. This article introduces the HD simulcast channel construction and implementation process and provides a useful reference for small and medium - sized TV HD Channel construction.
