摘　　要：采用针对北京市城镇居民的农产品消费调研数据,利用描述性统计方法较为系统地分析居民对农产品安全的认知来源和认知现状,并从产业链环节和危害程度两个维度探讨消费者对不同农产品的担心原因。结果显示:消费者对农产品安全关注程度很高,总体评价是较为不安全;农产品生产特性、消费者购买经验、媒体曝光度、消费者认知程度都会影响消费者对不同农产品的担心程度。因此,政府应加快推进农产品安全风险交流机制的建设和完善,确保农产品市场的有序稳定。Based on the questionnaire data of agricultural consumption survey of urban households in Beijing, this paper used the deriptive statistics method to systematically analyze the households＇ cognitive origins and levels of agricultural product safety, and discussed reasons why consumers concerns from two aspects of industrial chain link and the extent of harm. The results showed that consumers were highly concerned about the safety of agricultural products, and the overall evaluation was passive. The characteristics of agricultural production, consumers＇ purchasing experience, media exposure, degree of consumer awareness all could affect consumers＇ concerns about the gree of concerns. Therefore, the government should speed up the construction and improvement of agricultural production safety risk exange mechanism to ensure the orders and stability of the agricultural market.
