摘 要:"马鞍"区是指轴流泵装置在扬程-流量曲线上小流量工况时的扬程随着流量的减小而出现先减后增的一段区域,在该区域内,泵装置运行状况极不稳定。以南水北调东线淮安三站的后置灯泡贯流泵装置为研究对象,采用ANSYS-CFX数值模拟与模型试验相结合的研究方法,计算并分析了"马鞍"区的流动特性,并将其与设计工况时流动特性进行了对比。结果表明:泵装置运行在"马鞍"区时,进水流道出水断面轴向速度的分布均匀度与速度加权平均角,前、后导叶体段的水头损失,过流部件内部流速场与压力场的分布等指标,均达不到设计要求;在"马鞍"区工况内,大流量时的水力性能要优于小流量时的水力性能。Saddle interval is the section of the lift - discharge curve in which the pump lift first decreases and then increases as the discharge drops under the low discharge working condition and the pump operation is extremely unstable in this section. With the post -positional bulb tubular pump of Huai'an Third Pumping Station of South - to - North Water Diversion Project as the study subject, we calculate and analyze the flow characteristics in the saddle interval using ANSYS -CFX numerical simulation and model test method, and compare the flow characteristics with that of the design condition. The result shows: in saddle inter- val, the distribution homogeneity of axial velocity at outflow section of the inflow passage, the weighted average angle of velocity, the water head loss at front and rear guide vane sections and the distribution homogeneity of internal velocity field and pressure field are inferior to those values under design condition. In the saddle interval, the hydraulic performance of the pump under large discharge is superior to that under low discharge.
