摘 要:通过可行性分析及静态混槽验证,研究了不同混槽比例的槽液参数变化,并制备了标准电泳板进行性能测试,实现了高泳透力电泳漆在轿车车身涂装车间的在线切换,切换后的涂料消耗量、防腐级别和外观质量均较之前得到明显提升。Based on the feasibility analysis and static mixing test, the parameters of the liquid film with different mixing ratio were studied, the performance of the standard clectrophoresis plate was tested, and the online switch of electrophoretic paint with high throwing power in the car body painting workshop were realized. Compared with the previous, the consumption, corrosion resistance and appearance quality of coating were significantly improved.
