针刺梁丘穴配合理中汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探索针刺梁丘穴配合理中汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的100例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,将患者动态随机分为两组,各50例。对照组和观察组分别采用常规西药治疗和针刺梁丘穴配合理中汤加减治疗,观察两组的治疗效果、病理积分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率98.00%、肠上皮化生病理积分(0.31±0.21)分、异型增生病理积分(1.61±0.22)分、腺体萎缩病理积分(1.31±0.41)分显著优于对照组的64.00%、(1.56±0.87)分、(2.94±1.58)分、(2.87±1.58)分(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论针刺梁丘穴配合理中汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者效果显著,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Liangqiu acupuncture combined with Lizhong decoction on patient with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods One hundred cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by dynamic random method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group and observation group were treated with routine western medicine therapy and Liangqiu acupuncture combined with Lizhong decoction respectively. The clinical effect, pathologic scores and complications in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate, intestinal metaplasia pathology scores, dysplasia pathology scores, glandular atrophy pathology scores in the observation group were 98.00%, （0.31±0.21）, （1.61±0.22）, （1.31±0.41） score, which were better than 64.00%, （1.56±0.87）, （2.94±1.58）, （2.87±1.58） of the control group （P〈0.05）; There was significant difference in the complication rate of the two group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liangqiu acupuncture combined with Lizhong decoction on patient with chronic atrophic gastritis has good therapeutic effect and less complications, it is worthy of application in clinic.
