摘　　要：随着"一带一路"倡议的提出,中国非政府组织亟需走出国门,参与全球治理。在"走出去"的过程中,中国非政府组织不得不面临合法性的挑战。基于中国非政府组织参与全球治理的身份合法性、行为合法性和结果合法性三个维度的分析框架,以中国非政府组织参与尼泊尔救灾行动为案例,分析中国非政府组织参与全球治理,获取身份、行为和结果合法性的行动策略。With ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ being proposed, Chinese NGOs need to go abroad to participate in global governance. In the process of ＂going abroad＂, Chinese NGOs have to face the challenge of legitimacy. First of all, this paper puts forward the framework of three dimensions of the legitimacy of identity, behavior and result. Then, the paper analyzes the action strategies of Chinese NGOs participating in global governance and obtaining the legitimacy of identity, behavior and result with the case of Chinese NGOs participating in the relief actions in Nepal.
