摘 要:研究非晶态C_(12)A_7取代部分普通硅酸盐水泥对干混砂浆凝结时间、流动性、力学性能、保水性和吸水率的影响,通过SEM对水化产物的形貌进行了表征。结果表明:当非晶态C_(12)A_7取代水泥量为6%时,干混砂浆的凝结时间为84 min,28 d抗压强度为47.1 MPa,吸水率为3.16%,保水率为96%。非晶态C_(12)A_7能够缩短砂浆的凝结时间,提高砂浆的抗压强度,降低砂浆的吸水率,使砂浆具有较好的保水性。The effects of amorphous C12A7 which partly replaced ordinary Portland cement are studied in this paper on the early properties including setting time,fluidity, mechanical property,water-retaining property and water-absorption property of drymixed mortar, hydration products were tested by Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that when the amount of ordinary Portland cement was 6% replaced by amorphous C12A7, the setting time of the mortar is 84 rain,the 28 d compressive strength is 47.1 MPa,the water-absorption ratio is 3.16% and the water-retention is 96%. It indicated that amorphous C12A7 can decrease the setting time of mortar, increase the mechanical properties of mortar, decrease the water-absorption of mortar and also improve the water-retention property of dry-mixed mortar.
