摘 要:通过对石墨进行氧化和超声波分散制备了氧化石墨烯纳米片层(GON)分散液,研究了GON对水泥复合材料微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明,GON能够调控水泥水化产物形成规整多面体状晶体及促使水泥基复合材料形成具有花状形貌的规整结构,使水泥基复合材料的抗压强度及抗折强度有明显的提高。研究认为,GON对水泥水化产物的形成有模板效应,能够促使水泥水化产物成为规整的多面体状晶体,这些多面体状晶体通过交织形成了规整有序的微观结构,研究结果对于提高水泥基复合材料强度和耐久性具有积极意义。Graphene oxides nanosheets (GON) dispersion solution was prepared by controllable oxidizing and ultrasonic dispersion for graphite. The effect of GON on microstructure and properties of cement based composites were investigated. The results indicated that GON can regulate formation of regular polyhedron-like hydration crystals and assemble the polyhedron-like crystals into regular microstructure with flower-like morphology,which resulting in obviously improving in compressive and flexural strength for the cement composites. The formation mechanisms were also presented and think that GON has template role in forming cement hydration crystals and can make the cement hydration products to form polyhedron-like crystals. The polyhedronlike crystal can form regular micromorphology by interweaving way. The research result has a positive meaning to achieve regular microstructure and high performances and longer service life.
