摘  要:以表面活性剂、SiO_2气凝胶(AG)、粉煤灰(CFA)、碱性激发剂为主要原料,制备AG/CFA轻质地质聚合物。通过调节表面活性剂种类(乙醇和硅烷偶联剂KH550)和掺量(0~1%/CFA),研究表面活性剂对AG在地质聚合物(GEO)中的稳定性的影响及破坏机理。结果表明:当乙醇掺量小于0.8%或硅烷偶联剂KH550掺量小于1.0%时,气凝胶可以在地质聚合物中分散且疏水性不被破坏;当乙醇掺量为0.8%或硅烷偶联剂KH550掺量为1.0%时,AG已被地质聚合物完全反应,其疏水性被破坏;过量的表面活性剂会使AG表面的烷甲基被地质聚合物中的碱性破坏其疏水性继而影响其稳定性。AG/CFA based lightweight geopolymer(GEO) was prepared with surfactant,SiO2 aerogel(AG),CFA and alkali-activator as the main raw materials. By regulating the types of surfactants (ethanol and silane coupling agent KH550) and the content of surfaetant (0-1%/CFA),the effect of surfactants on the stability of AG in GEO and its destroyed mechanism were investigated. The experimental results showed that when the content of ethanol was less than 0.8% or silane coupling agent KH550 was less than 1.0%,aerogel can be dispersed in GEO better and hydrophobic is not destroyed;when the content of ethanol was 0.8% or silane coupling agent KH550 was 1.0%,AG had been reacted by geopolymer completely,its hydrophobicity was destroyed,excess surfactant would make methyl of AG surface destroy by alkaline of geopolymer so that its hydrophobicity was failed and affect its stability.
