摘 要:采用偶联剂乙烯基三叔丁基过氧硅烷对玻璃纤维和橡胶粉进行表面改性,使用FTIR、SEM-EDS、TG等对改性产物进行表征。研究表明,改性产物表面接枝上了偶联剂,改性橡胶粉的热解温度与表面亲水性能提高。将改性玻璃纤维与改性橡胶粉应用于砌块中,能明显改善砌块的力学和热学性能。改性橡胶粉最佳掺量为2%~4%,改性玻璃纤维最佳掺量为0.3%~0.6%,砌块具有良好的保温性能和力学性能。The surface of glass fiber and powder was modified with coupling agent vinyl tri-tert-butyl peroxy-silane, and char- acterized the modified products by FTIR, SEM-EDS and TG and so on. The results showed that the surface of modified products grafted with coupling agent. The temperature of the modified rubber powder and the bydrophilicity of the surface were improved. The modified glass fiber and modified rubber powder used in the block,can significantly improve the mechanical and thermal properties of blocks. The results show that the optimum dosage of modified rubber powder is 2%-4%,the optimum content of mod- ified glass fiber is 0.3%-0.6%,then the block has good thermal and mechanical properties.
