摘  要:采用二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、新型固化剂、增塑剂、分散剂、粉料、高沸点溶剂及其他助剂,制备高温无泡单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,研究异氰酸酯指数(R)、聚醚多元醇和新型固化剂对防水涂料性能的影响。结果表明,以100份聚醚多元醇为基准,其他组分不变,当R为1.2,聚醚多元醇330N的用量为40份,新型固化剂YH-1的用量为6份时,制备的聚氨酯防水涂料性能最佳,涂膜密实、外观光亮、平滑,且在高温、高湿环境下施工无气泡。可进行刮涂、高温喷涂,提高施工效率,应用效果良好。A single component polyurethane waterproof coating of non-foaming at high temperature was prepared by using diisoeyanate,polyether polyol,new curing agent, plasticizer, dispersant,powdcr, high boiling point solvent and other additives. The influence of the isocyanate index R, polyether polyols and new curing agents on the performance of waterproof coating was studied. The results showed that the properties of the waterproof coating were the best when the R was 1.2, the amount of polyether polyol 330N and new curing agent YH-1 were 40 phr and 6 phr respectively. In addition,the waterproof coating has advantages of dense coat,light appearance,smoothness,non-foam under high temperature and high humidity conditions. The waterproof coating can be blade coated,high temperature sprayed, so as to improve construction efficiency and has excellent application effect.
