西方协商民主理论思潮的批判性分析

摘　　要：西方协商民主理论思潮影响中国是不争的事实。将引自西方的协商民主与中国内生的独特的协商民主两个概念相混同,造成了误读、误导,以致出现"西方的理论中国的实践"的偏颇。廓清西方协商民主复杂的理论流派,从其概念框架和框架概念两个层次分析,可对其达到一种秩序化的认知;在理论与经验的关系上审视其现实化的可能性,可为理解西方协商民主提供一种批判与鉴别的视野。It is an undisputable fact that Western theory of deliberative democracy has influence in China. However, misunderstanding and misleading problems have arisen as a result of confusing the western concept of deliberative democracy with the unique concept of deliberative democracy originated within China, which has led to the fallacy of ＂Practicing Western theory in China＂. By clarifying the complex theoretical school of deliberative democracy in the West and conducting analysis from the two layers of conceptual framework and framework concept, we can acquire an order-based understanding of the issue, examine its possibility of realization based on the relationship between theory and experience, and provide a critical and screening perspective for Western deliberative democracy.
