摘 要:双凸极电机结构简单、可靠性高、能量密度大,在较多领域有着广阔的应用前景。然而由于其定转子结构特殊,非线性特性显著,采用电流滞环控制时,环宽的取值通常较大,容易造成电流纹波大、电机损耗大的问题;采用常规PWM控制时,动态响应速度较慢,且存在固有的控制延时,控制效果不够理想。该文给出了双凸极电机的工作原理和工作方式,提出一种新型的电流控制方式及其数字实现方法,并详细分析了双凸极电机采用新型控制方式时的稳态特性和动态响应。最后,通过有限元仿真和实验验证了新型控制方式在双凸极电机控制系统中的有效性。Doubly salient motor has broad prospects in many areas for the advantages of simple structure, high reliability, high power density, etc. However, because of the special structure of the stator and rotor, the doubly salient motor has significant nonlinearity, which makes a wide hysteresis-band of the current loop imperative, thus resulting in high current ripples and serious losses. The commonly used conventional PWM control has the drawbacks of slow dynamic response and long inherent delay time, which lead to an unfavorable control effect. The working principle and operating pattern were presented, and a new current control method was proposed with its digital implementation method. The dynamic response and the steady-state features of doubly salient motor control system were analyzed in detail. Finally, simulations and experiments were performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
