摘 要:以3个1年生的青冈栎幼苗种源为材料,采用盆栽控水试验探讨其持续干旱条件下叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量以及抗氧化酶活性的变化情况。结果表明:(1)随着干旱胁迫的加剧,叶绿素含量先增加后减少,但不同的种源有差异。3个种源中,16号、18号随干旱时间的延长叶绿素含量呈极显著性差异(P≤0.01),17号不显著;(2)随着干旱胁迫的加剧,相对含水量均减少;3个种源的相对含水量均成显著差异(P≤0.05),且17号相对含水量下降的最快;(3)随着干旱胁迫的加剧,抗氧化酶(包括SOD和POD)活性均降低。3种源幼苗的SOD活性随干旱时间延长均为极显著性差异(P≤0.01),且17号SOD活性下降的值最高;16号、17号种源幼苗的POD活性随干旱时间延长均为显著性差异(P≤0.05),且16号POD下降的值最高。Changes of external morphology and physiological indexes of one year old seedlings of Cyclobalanopsis glauca from different provenances under continuous drought were studied. Using pot water control experiments to explore the last leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content under drought condition, and the change of antioxidant enzyme activity. The results showed that: (1)with the aggravation of drought stress, the chlorophyll content firstly increase and then decrease, but there are differences among provenances. Among 3 provenances, the chlorophyll content of No. 16 and No. 18 turns out to be remarkable with the extension of drought time (P ≤ 0.01), and No. 17 has no obvious difference. (2) With the aggravation of drought stress, The relative water content decreases; The relative water content of 3 provenances all change obviously (P ≤ 0.05), especially to No.17 which decreases rapidly. (3) With the aggravation of drought stress, the activity of antioxidases, including SOD and POD is decreased. 3 seedlings of provenance have significant differences in SOD activity with the extension of drought time (P ≤0.01), especially to No. 17 which decreases in the highest speed. No. 16 and No. 17 seedlings of provenance have significant differences in POD activity (P ≤ 0.05), especially to No.16, whose POD decreased lastly.
