摘  要:音速喷嘴法气体流量标准装置是采用气路循环经过涡轮流量计到喷嘴,然后到气泵抽气的全过程进行检定。采用的是负压法检定涡轮流量计,也是目前检定流量计的重要方法之一,用之比较广泛。钟罩式气体流量标准装置采用的是正压法,它是用一定体积量的标准气体流经涡轮流量计,从而实现了对流量计的检定,其本身流量范围比较小,适合检定口径比较小的流量计,符合流量计在实际工作中的状态。本文就两种检测方法,检定同一涡轮流量计的结果进行分析比较,同时对测量结果进行不确定度评定,为以后的研究做出了一定的指导意义。The method of sonic nozzle gas flow standard device is to use pneumatic loop through the turbine flowmeter to the nozzle, and then to the whole process of pump suction for verification. Test of turbine flow meter is negative pressure method, is also one of the important methods of verification flow meter at present, with the more extensive. Bell jar type gas flow standard device USES a positive pressure method, it is to use a certain volume of standard gas flows through the ~rbine flowmeter, and realizes the calibration of flowmeter, its flow range is small, is suitable for the flow meter calibration diameter smaller, in line with the flow meter in the actual work condition. In this paper, two methods of testing, test analyzes and compares the results of the same turbine flowmeter to uncertainty evaluation of measurement results, at the same time made a certain guiding significance for future research.
