摘 要:为了解高压辊磨破碎对罗河铁矿选矿厂细碎产品可磨性的影响,对现场细碎产品进行了开路辊压破碎、边料返回闭路辊压破碎试验,边料返回闭路辊压破碎产品与现场细碎产品相对可磨度测定试验,样品和高压辊磨机边料返回闭路破碎产品球磨功指数测定试验,以及增设高压辊磨工艺后一段球磨扩能效果分析。结果表明:(1)高压辊磨作业可大幅度提高产品中细粒级含量,边料返回闭路破碎试验产品-3 mm粒级含量由辊磨前的56.73%提高至85.30%,提高28.57个百分点;-5 mm粒级含量由辊磨前的67.79%提高至92.65%,提高24.86个百分点;单位处理量为252 ts/(hm^3)。(2)高压辊磨作业可显著改善入磨矿石的磨矿性能,当磨矿细度为-0.075 mm占60%时,与样品相比,高压辊磨机边料返回闭路破碎产品的相对可磨度为1.294;样品经高压辊磨破碎后,其球磨邦德功指数由16.15k Wh/t降至13.75 k Wh/t,降幅为14.86%。(3)选矿厂增设高压辊磨边料返回超细碎作业后,由于入磨矿石可磨性的改善,一段球磨的产能可提高35.41%。In order to research effect of HPGR ( High Pressure Grinding Roller) crushing on grindability of Luohe iron mine finely products,tests of HPGR open and edge circuit grinding were carried out on on-site finely products,and relative grindablity tests of HPGR product with edge product and on-site finely products recyclest were also investigated,Bond grinding work index tests on samples and HPGR product with edge product was also studied,while influence of HPGR process on in-creasing capacity of primary balling mill also analytical investigated. Results show that①HPGR can significantly increase con-tent of fine particle size, and content of edge returned to closed circuit crushing experiment -3 mm product was increased 28. 57 percentage points,thus from 56. 73% to 85. 30%,while content of -5 mm was elevated 24. 86 percentage points,thus from 67. 79% to 92. 65%,after HPGR process with treating capacity of 252 ts/(hm^3).② HPGR improved grinding perform-ance of iron ore,and relative grindability of HPGR close circuit test with edge product recycles was 1. 294 under the condition of 60% particle size passing 0. 075 mm. Bond grinding work index decreased 14. 86% from 16. 15 kWh/t to 13. 75 kWh/t u-sing the HPGR process.③ The capacity of primary balling mill could increased by 35. 41% when HPGR close circuit process with edge product recycles was applied to beneficiation plants due to improvement of iron ore grindablity.
