摘 要:湖北某云母型含钒石煤V_2O_5品位为0.81%,钒主要赋存在白云母和伊利石中。为提高酸浸给矿V_2O_5品位、降低酸浸作业矿量及耗酸矿物含量,从而降低酸耗和生产成本,对有代表性试样进行了重—浮联合工艺预抛尾试验。结果表明,试样在磨矿细度为-74μm占70.9%情况下,采用超极限螺旋溜槽粗选,粗选中矿再磨至-74μm占65.6%情况下进行螺旋溜槽再选,再选中矿再磨至-74μm占75.6%情况下正浮选,可抛出产率29.59%、V_2O_5品位为0.34%的合格尾矿,精矿V_2O_5品位提高至1.01%,V_2O_5回收率达87.60%,较好地实现了提高酸浸给矿V_2O_5品位、降低酸浸作业矿量及耗酸矿物含量的目标。V2 O5 grade of mica type vanadium stone coal from Hubei is 0. 81%,vanadium mainly occurs in muscovite and illite. To increase V2 O5 grade of acid leaching feed,reduce acid leaching capacity and acid consumption mineral content,so as to reduce acid consumption and production cost,gravity-flotation combined technology was conducted on representative sample to pre discarding tailings. Results showed that at grinding fineness of 70. 9% passing 74μm,using ultralimit spiral chute roug-hing,middings reground to 65. 6% passing 74 μm and reseparation by spiral chute,reseparation middings reground to 75. 6%passing 74 μm and direct flotation,discarding tailings with yield rate of 29. 59%,V2 O5 grade of 0. 34%,concentrate grade of V2 O5 increased to1. 01%,V2 O5 recovery rate was 87. 60%. Achieved goals on improve acid leaching feed V2 O5 grade and re-duce acid leaching capacity and acid consumption content.
